I had this problem before when I bought the original touch pro from best buy. She couldnt access my account because I had sero. She called sprint and they put it through. Took me bout 30mins tho.

Same when I went for the pre-order. Now on the Employee referral, couldnt access my account, called sprint to make sure I could get it and told them yes.

Expect to sit there another 30mins on release day but Im def getting it from best buy. All it takes is a phone call to sprint from best buy.
