Honestly other than the ones you already mentioned, I don't think there really are any better roms out there. The "eye candy" roms out right now seem to be too bloated for my taste, and everyone has their own taste. If I had to choose a rom with "eye candy" right now, it would have to be NFSFAN... but only if I felt I had to have Sense 2.5.
Another rom you might take a look at are the roms Silence has put out. Before most of the really good chefs left for the TP2, he was putting some really nice ones out. His last versions are listed here...
