I gather then there is no specification to that detail. Usually, use equates to me touching the screen, typing, etc. I want it to also include a "busy" state check for when an application is actively processing something, those moments when touching the screen does nothing but brighten the backlight again. *shrug*

Well you can't have your cake and eat it too, you asked how to disable power saver and thats how you do it, simply if your not using the phone hit the power button and it will turn the screen off.
