What is it? Nega's HTC CP is an optional GUI Button Panel/Console that can replace the batch menu some personal kitchens use. Skin it, put your logo on it and call it yours.

Features:
Skinnable! ( Buttons, Labels, Background, and Logo with transparency capabilities )
Sounds are customizable ( Load, Click, and Hover )
'Extract' and 'Temp' Buttons Dim when folders are either empty or nonexistent ( It will create/edit them as needed )
Fully functional command console
Last Build Log is always saved in Tools\Last Build Log
Simple

You can download The CP by itself:

Control Panel - CP - Nega's HTC CP

Or try the kitchen that made Nega's HTC CP:

SYS - 23569.5.5.0 - Kitchen - Nega's HTC CP - 6.5.X
SYS - 21903.5.0.92 - Kitchen - Nega's HTC CP - 6.5

Screenies Of the Rom The Kitchen Spits out: "ColorBlind":
Main
Start Menu
Phone 1
Phone 2
Mem
S2U2

All updates for the kitchen are found here
OEM/ EXT updates and misc help also in this lovely thread: WVGA Touch Pro 2 Collaboration

The skinning, sound and batch folders/files are Located in Tools\KitTools\

*Other Devices:
If you would like to Make the CP work for other devices, You will need to customize RomExtract.exe.
Either create a batch for ROM extraction and convert to exe or edit this one: Bat2Exe - RomExtract

You will also have to set up 'Ervius Visual Kitchen' for your device
Quick and lazy method, but not always successful: Find a kitchen for your device that uses 'Ervius Visual Kitchen' and drag it's 'Tools' folder into the CP 'Tools' Folder
Would you happen to have a .cab for the phone skin, looks great =D>
