Is anyone else having this problem?

I got a notice that Audio manager had an update, so I let it update, and now instead of the ringtone I have set for some people ringing, the default ringtone plays. if I uninstall Audio Manager it works fine. I tried installing it again, and the same thing happens. This is on a HTC Incredible.
