I can confirm they will hold YOUR phone for the 4th and the 5the but if you don't pick it up by closing on the 5th they will sell your phone. I wouldn't be too worried about it I just don't think they are going to sell like everyone thinks they are. A lot of people are complaint about it and not every sprint customer is going to be getting this phone.
