No it does not change the font color for sense if that's what you're asking. To change the font color in sense you have to edit literally hundreds of files and change the font color in almost every single file...having to test out which changes actually take effect after you've edited the code by trial and error. One person doing it would take a year...a team can do it in a few months.
"GTX" is the only Sense 2.5 theme with an ALL black font. They do some amazing work, check them out on XDA.
