I just went to Radioshack and pre-ordered mine. It was super easy plus I got a extra $20 off that I could've bought accessories with but they just put it into the cost of the phone for me at my request. Plus they are buying my Hero from me for $95 cause its in great condition and my old touch pro for $70 so I'm practically getting the phone for free
