Wow, it's really amazing that you still think you're correct here. I'm going to try this one more time for you. Very slowly......

The setting is supposed to work in the following way. If the box is left unchecked, the light is not supposed to flash .....AT ALL.....EVER. If you choose to have the light flash, that means you should check the box. Then, you also get to pick how long you want the light to flash for -- you do this via the drop down menu to the right. If you want the light to flash forever, you select "no limit".

In summary, if you want the light to flash, you check the box. If you don't want it to flash, you uncheck the box.

Perhaps someone else that's well versed in the English language will stop by and explain it to you more effectively, because that's as good as I can do.
