Just wondered if there was any way to integrate Alltel MMS with HTC messenger client? So far, I haven't gotten it to work. I installed the 20081031 Alltel dcd carrier cab. Next I installed NRGZ28 HTC Messenger Cab. I then went to the Messages tab, All Messages, Menu, Settings, Options, Menu MMS Server. Right off the bat I see several entries including Alltel, Cricket, Sprint, Telus, Verizon. I select Alltel and enter the following settings:

Server Name: Alltel
IP address: blank
Port number: 80 (Tried 8080 but it keeps wanting to default to 80)
Server Address: http://mms.alltel.com/servlets/mms?x-Alltel-MDN=(my phone number)
Connect Via: Alltel Wireless
Message Size Limit: 1024KB
WAP version: 2.0

I've also tried without WAP, and leaving off ?x-Alltel-MDN at the end of the server address. In all cases, I can't receive or send MMS. Internet, Calling, and SMS all work fine. Any ideas to get this working or does MMS still not work on Alltel without Arcsoft? (Arcsoft is ok, but is simply not as finger friendly as HTC Messenger).

To recap, If I simply install the Arcsoft Alltel Cab, everything works just fine. Additionally, I am NOT a Verizon switchover. I was one of the unfortunates that got pushed to ATN (Atlantic Tele-Networks). But in this case, everything works with the Arcsoft Alltel cab so I'm certain this isn't anything to do with settings changing.

Any ideas?

EDIT AGAIN: Forgot to say the ROM. It's the May 9th 23563 GTX Themed ROM.
