well I kind of meant that sprint ONLY sold the EVO in the 4g regions and restricted you from buying it if you were not in a 4g region....and if you bought the phone in a 4g region and tried to activate in in the non-4g region, sprint would not let you do it....would it be better that way? of course not because there will be people happy to pay that extra 10 bucks to get the phone even though they are not in 4g zones. I live in Louisiana and we probably will be the last state to even get 4g...crap I don't even have 3g where I live but I still would love to get the phone even though I have to pay the extra 10 bucks...
