You will need to put phone into dm modem mode via dialing ##3424 (diag fyi.) Press start and connect usb to phone and comp (disable usb connection for active sync before) if you have vista it will install drivers if you have xp you need to search for 6700 diagnostic modem drivers here or on www.mobile-files.com. Place the phone on com port 2 and run this program it wll reset your MSL/SPC to all 0's in less than 2 seconds. Also once connected in DM mode bitpim & qpst will show your msl in the nvm_security folder.
