Okay, so let me get this right. You have a reading comprehension problem (for lack of a better work [sic]).
If you have the "flash light for" box unchecked, the light should not flash.
That is my *bug*. So it's NOT doing pretty much exactly what it's supposed to do...that's why I posted it. Surely, you can comprehend this.
