Some reps (very few, I would think) can give you credits on your account to make the phone seem cheaper. (Retentions would be your best bet.) But in order to do that, I think you would have to order the phone through Sprint. If you already pre-ordered at BB or RS, then you are still stuck paying the price with your $75 rebate.
