Yea i think you being out of contract definately played into that cause i talked to a rep today and they said no one there could change the date of 2 yr upgrade to any sooner even retentions supposedly can only let u slide if you're 2 weeks shy thats it so now im at the delima of already pre-ordered and only able to get 75 off on the 4th or add a line to get the full 150 what to do what to do?
