If you have the insurance through Sprint, they will fix it for free. It is a common problem. I have had it happen more than once. The last time I went in to the repair center, it only took them 20 minutes to put a new keyboard in there. The other times, they ordered me a phone and I got it about 2 days later. You may even get lucky enough to get bumped up to the TP2.
