It's always been a problem with Sprint. They let this stuff happen and shot themselves in the foot. Last time I checked, SERO stood for Sprint Employee referral program, yet everybody and their mother had a sero plan back in the day and some people probably still do. I probably would have done the same thing had I known.
But with that being said, if you think Sprint is charging too much then go to another carrier. Go to AT&T and pay for that $30/month data plan. Don't forget to tack on another $15 for unlimited text. Don't forget your minutes plan either! I'm sayin, Sprint has the best plans, hands down. Yet people still b@#$ and complain about it because Sprint created a culture where it was ok at one point. Probably part of the reason why they are in the mess they are in now. And finally, someone is trying to change the mentality and everyone is up in arms. I for one don't want to see Sprint fail. I've been with them 10 years and would like to continue being their customer.
If you think Sprint is already expensive then I say move on to the next carrier and see how it works out for you.
