just copy the contents into the Phone Alarm folder on ur PPC... just make sure u dont put the .skn file INTO the other folder thats in the download (contains only images). both the images folder and skn file need to be put into the Phone Alarm folder on ur PPC seperately...
then go to ur PAsettings and choose ur new skin
