It happens consistently for me using a Plantronics Voyager 520 BT headset, as well as my previous headset which I can't recall the model of.

Basically, connecting, answering calls, making calls using MSVC all work perfect. The problem is trying to end a call. If you hit the button on the headset, which is the most convenient if the phone is in a pouch, or you are driving, it does not hang up the call. In fact, it seems to briefly prevent the phone from hanging up with the end button on the phone. If you hit the end button on the phone to hang up, without hitting the BT button first, it hangs up just fine.
