Actually that was something the Sprint rep told me as well. If I kept the phone on that line for 30 days, I could use the rebate. The only problem is that line is my brother-in-law's line and I wouldn't want him to, A) be without a phone for a month and, B) have the enjoyment of using the Evo for the first month since that was supposed to be for ME!!
