Sort of like getting cable and them charging extra for premium channels that don't exist on your network. They exist in another city, so they're charging me with the promise of "trust us" it'll get to you soon enough.
As with both, I'll wait until the service available in my area and THEN sign up and pay for the service.

Yes but their argument is that even with the extra charge they are cheaper then the competition.
