Have you ever used Sashimi??? Here is the link. you can backup most of your settings with xml or just backing up folders. if you have not used it you will love it once you get the hang of it.

i will have to check out Sashimi again as that site looks like it explains it pretty well. i have looked at before but i didn't find anywhere like that with info on how to use it, so never tried it
