Between here, PDAPhoneHome, and the other online communities, I am sure that we can get enough people to make Sprint take notice that we are serious about wanting full functionality of the devices that we spent 300+ for.

If so, call *2 like I did and complain. We could orchestrate it via these forums and start say Monday. I still think that Sprint's position is going to be "We don't support picmail on Pocket PC phones". I think it's a poor customer service issue since I could go to AT&T and get a Tilt and be picmailing walking out the door. I was looking at upgrading to a Touch, and expanding service with my wife's phone too, but we may be looking at other carriers, and soon. I'm really sick and tired of having to bitch at Sprint to get anything that other carriers offer, and this is the last straw.
