If you used the regular File Explorer to rename the file, you shouldn't add the ".NBH" to the filename. The extension is not shown on .NBH files in the reular File Explorer. Nope that was not the problem...I used total commander, I have flashed from my SD card many times before....Just weird. I have to figure this out.... but thanks.
