so is it safe to use registry cleaners like pocket mechanic and stuff after doing this cleanup? Also, I installed the dynamic memory cab (you know the one) after the clean up and later read that the changes were already included in the clean up cab. Did i mess up anything uninstalling that dynamic mem cab?
