It takes 1 to 2 bill cycles for you to see the discount on your invoice.
You will be able to view them under the heading "Service
Discounts/Charges" with the description "Employee Discount
Sprint/Nextel." We are unable to issue retroactive credits.

In compliance with enrollment terms and conditions associated with the
Sprint Employee Discount Program, we renewed the Service Agreement for
all the lines on your account to:

Expiration date: May 13, 2012

We will send you written confirmation of this change within 14 days.
