lmao, it did have the red ring and kickstand. he owns a store so maybe his was not what were getting but it was sprint branded and he just got it wed. but i really didnt ask if it was what consumer was getting, i just wanted to play. i checked sprints evo page and i looks the same as what i played with for whatever thats worth.
