I had this problem as well. What I did to get it to work was to delete the extra Startup.txt that was on the root of my SD card from a prior installation of Android. I hope this helps you.

FYI, I've tried all of Cliff's versions - 5-12 through 5-14 and the result is the same for the TP2. It gets stuck in a reboot loop as described above. |
