Yea I went to Radio Shack today to pre-order as well. I was the 1st to do so. The guy hadn't even gone over the material of what to do yet. I asked what would the price be if you purchase without a contract & he search though his paperwork & then called a guy but could not find the price. He also stated that they are not allowed to sale early if they get the devices in...
