I contacted Sprint after this happened to me. I thought I may have downloaded a bad app (didn't tell them

). After almost a day of efin around, and threats of me jumping ship, they finally sent me a "new" (not refurb) phone. I noticed it had a later manufacturing date. I have the new one set up the same way as the last, and so far so good. Not sure if this was/is a problem on early model phones, or this was just a coincident. Leave it to Sprint to screw up something as common as an update!
