Edit: Wes can I also make a suggestion that the Program File name represents the acutal clock name. I installed Rogue, and was looking for WesRogue in the program list and finally found it listed as Clock.
I installed the cab to verify. It works for me. I am using Energy Rom that is CFC compressed. That's probably the problem. Let me know what ROM you are using and if it's cfccompressed.

Point taken on the File vs. Install name. I'll keep it more consistant in the future as well as revise the previous clocks.
