but if i go to starbucks and access their WAP, my phone is not going to take over and become the NEW ROUTER
it is going to connect to the WAP, and access THE WAP'S information stream... the phone is going to be a DUMB item and the WAP is the SERVICE YOU ARE ACCESSING
just becuase you connect to a router or a WAP does not mean that it is using your service
when i connect my laptop to my router , my laptop is not supplying the router with internet content.. it is simply talking to it
the same goes for the phone
if you want to use the phone's 4G network as a router so that OTHER DEVICES (laptop, etc) are able to connect to the internet...then THAT COSTS EXTRA
how can you NOT WRAP YOUR HEAD AROUND THIS?????
