Plantronics Voyager 855. Discontinued, but still available and works with only one ear. If you want, you can plug in the other ear with a cord, but I mostly use it as a single-ear device. It loses some bass without the second earpiece (not isolated), but when sound quality is really important, just plug in the second earpiece, get isolated, and rock-out!
