May have found a fix here. This is without having to do a hard reset.
Try installing this .cab file:

If the version of CVSD is not the newest patched one, try downloading and installing this afterwards:
http://www.cyberon.com.tw/Technical3.php
Still testing but seems to be working for my Mogul.
NOTE--May need to remake voice tags, as mine seem to have been erased.
