phone dials a 1800 format the issue is with +1800 format. most of my contacts are in international format with a + in the front. google voice and phone shares contacts is another reason i use the + in the front format to use gv for intl. texting.
How do we go about fixing the issue?

For right no I'm sticking to this sys build, maybe in the future, but no promises.
