Some work better than others. Like I said in my orginal post my old sony didn't work so hot and sounded like crap when it worked great with other phones I have had (TP and i730) and the plantronics 520 I bought had a lot of cracks and pops and was very quiet even at full volume. So yes they all work but some just work better than others, hence my question. Thanks for being a douche nozzle
