EDIT: Sorry was a work and did not see the picture already in the post. The answer is, yes it can be done and already available in V8.1

Any icon, picture of a contact will have a dusk frame. Sorry I can not control the size of the image within the dusk frame, some parts will be cut off. As I get better at this, who knows what we can do. Your posting and everyone else here giving me feedback help with the ideas. So thanks to you and everyone else. Together we will build a great rom!
