I did have a HTC Touch Pro, 3 to be exact. Keyboard stopped working on the first 2. Each device had this issue. I had a screen protector on all of them. People should be taking this issue to HTC, not Sprint. They are the one's manufacturing these POS's. It's why I probably won't ever buy another HTC phone. Seems like they have very little quality control.
It's always something with their phones (hardware wise). Sucks that you pay so much for your phone and it turns out to be defective. Then you have to waste more time replacing the thing which hurts Sprint and end users down the road because so many people need a replacement.
I've had my moment for almost a year. Rock solid hardware wise. No dust under my screen, no issues with the screen or keyboard. Granted, there will always be a few defects but at what point does it stop becoming an irritation and become a full blown problem?

i've seen very few companies, mobile or not, with a quality standard as high as htc's. one bad model does not reflect many years of phenomenal devices.
