Spirit
I have a 3G with Blackra1n on it right now. It's backed up. What do I need to do in order to upgrade to the latest OS and jailbreak with Spirit?

Can I just upgrade the OS and then immediately run Spirit?
Do I need to restore first? If so, do I lose everything?
