If T-Mobile was like that everywhere, then they wouldn't be able to stay in business. As it is though, they are adding tons of customers every quarter, and their customers always say they are satisfied. In fact, they are always neck and neck with Verizon as having the best customer service and most satisfied customers.
With me it's just the opposite. I can't get a good Sprint signal inside a building. It just fluctuates from 1 or 2 bars to the roaming triangle. I'm hoping it improves with the launch of 4G, because it actually used to be better than this.
