For some reason, I cannot get either Titan ReLocker or Hard-SPL-MFG.exe to get past the first "Initializing" step, even after waiting over 30 minutes. ActiveSync is connected. What state should my phone be in while running these programs (Main screen, bootloader screen, etc?)

My current bootloader is Olipro's 1.20 (I wanted to see if the original TitanUnlocker would work-- it did, but now that's stuck there), current ROM is 2.17 stock, current radio is 1.47.

Has anyone else had this problem or solutions to it? I've been reading a shitload and haven't seen anything similar, but perhaps I'm blind.
