I have the current versions of HTC Home and HHC, and I don't see where you can adjust the opacity of a wallpaper image. Any image I apply is almose totally opaque........I remember seeing it somewhere.......like the device name.....but I wasn't lookin' for it then.


FOLLOW UP....I found it. Set the image you want using "Pictures & Videos" and when you select "Set image as Today background" it lets you adjust the opacity.
