In the explorer window, go to the Tools menu, select Folder Oprions, go to the View tab and look for the Hidden Files and Folders folder...make sure that you've selected "show hidden files and folders" I know it's old school, but it's worth checking out if you haven't already done so.
I assumed that's what it was, and it turns out I have it set to view hidden folders/files...so I'm at a loss for words right now. Thanks for your help, I'll keep at it.

EDIT: Scratch that, didn't realize Vista hides Windows files/folders on default haha. I'm in now.

EDIT EDIT: I coped it to my desktop, then moved it into the Start Menu/Programs folder, renamed it to Pictures and Video.lnk....and nada. Boo. Any suggestions?
