A few problems though. I am very new to these phones, so I hope I'm not asking a simple question. First, with the sprint rom, while browsing the net, the ring around the enter button would zoom in and out when you circle it, it no longer does this, can this be fixed? Also, there is no outlook email app, is there a .cab file to install or how do I get my contacts downloaded like the stock rom did?
Those are my only two issues so far, again, I am a newbie to these phones, I'm on sprint sero and need a small phone, so this is perfect, just needs to be tweaked a little. Any help is much appreciated!!!!

The ring was used on Opera Mobile 9.5 only. If you want this feature back, you would have to install a 9.5 version one(found somewhere here on PPCG or XDA-Developers).
I'm assuming you're using Opera 9.7 -- don't. While it was awesome for it's time, it's been surpassed by the very very good Opera Mobile 10. Find a CAB for it somewhere at the same spots.
Not sure on the Outlook thing honestly.
A few things you could try for contacts include Google contact sync(not sure how I did it when I had my diamond), PIM Backup, Sprite Backup, Microsoft MyPhone Sync.
