Create a DWORD key called "LineSpeed", with a decimal entry of "480". That's a fairly high bitrate speed for your BT connection, but the TP2 hardware and a BT3030 headset seem to handle it without any issues. Restart your device to activate the new settings.
3. ADD -The gist of the fix is that you have to tell WM that the driver needs to be initialized each time a power state changes, by adding the following registry keys in:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\State\ Suspend
Add DWORD "wav1" with decimal value :00000004
Add DWORD "wav8" with decimal value :00000004
