Did you format the SD card to FAT32? It will not work on just FAT or NTFS.

EDIT* Formatting the SD will totally wipe the SD card clean, so make sure you back it up first!!!
Yeaaaa, Im pretty sure I checked that I may just reformat it I didnt try that
