I use the BingWM6 version which is the last version before the newest update and it has what you ask for. You can click on Directions or Maps and click the left softkey and Speak the name of your location and/or your destination into your device and it will usually find it. I'm actually surprised how well it works.
It does not dictate spoken directions to you but does track you with gps and will give you audible tones and alerts when you are close to your turn and when you reach your turn.
Works great and it's free.
