6.5.3 has an official Microsoft SDK available for it, while there is no mention of a 6.5.5 software developer kit

There are COM builds which reflect 6.5.5 as opposed to 6.5.3. My question is, is there one identifieable discerning differentiator that defines what is to expect from a 6.5.5 COM or if it's expected to concentrate on any specific changes? is 23111 6.5.3 or 6.5.5
