Correct, this is the Touch (Vogue) forum. Scrotum, your signature says you have a Titan (6800, Mogul, etc.), if that is still the case, please visit the Titan forum for the correct files and instructions.

As far as I know the e-mail address shown under Device Info is your login information so that your Vision services work, unless we are talking about 2 different things, that should not be changed or you may lose your data services.

Why do you need to reinstall it?
IIRC, there's a thread in the Software forum with the Touch keyboard.
