I just ran the program in command prompt. It said "no iphone connected" so make sure the iPhone is connected and in recovery mode (with the connect to itunes screen) then run it FROM COMMAND PROMPT - irecovery -s, then type the rest of what I showed then reboot.

I don't have an iPhone anymore so I can't test this atm (will get another iPhone when the 4G comes out)
